i am trying to download a file, but the problem is once i download and i go to retreive the file to save it on my flash it shows 0 kb. nothing is there??? the file that i am trying to download is there but it wont download.
the file is for my viewsat ultra satellite receiver, and has worked in the past.

Download file problem??
Im not to familiar with this type of file download but I will make a suggestion and it may sound dumb to you but maybe you can download it to a folder in your documents and try to make it work from there.
