Advanced window care download won't download please help?

hi can anyone help me i have advanced window care on my pc and have tried for the last hour to download it to my lap top i go to download.com select to download it starts to downlaod i selected to run and save but it starts to download to about 15% then the time goes up then stops , i have tried lots of times what could be causing this as when i installed it on my pc it took about 2 minutes to download and install , but at the moment i can't even download it it stops or the time goes up like it says 3 min 25 sec then it goes to 4 min 10 sec etc

probably looking at your ip address ,wont download to same place twice.
Reply:Try downloading it while your laptop is in safe mode. To get into safe mode follow these steps:





1. restart laptop


2 as soon as laptop shuts down start pushing f8


3 select safe mode with networking


Connect to the internet as usual and download. BE CAREFUL WHAT YO DO IN SAFE MODE. You will have no firewall, anti virus, ect.
Reply:was your laptop connetect to the net wireless if it was unplug the wire from your desk top plug it to your laptop


that will work just fine
