Can't download anything!!!?

I cannot download anything! I can't download attachments, and can't get to most download pages! I can't even Google the word download!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't get to some site that have the word download on the page!! I can't even YouTube Download!!!





Yes: I have internet! Or I wouldn't be able to ask!


Yes: Firewall should allow it


Yes: Firefox also doesn't work!


Yes: My anti-virus can't update


Yes: I can't even view most images on e-mails


Yes: I can view them on web pages


Yes: I have an anti-virus (AVG Free 8)


Yes: AVG has scanned my computer


Yes: all is in the vault





Any ideas? I can't figure it out!! I'm fimiliar with a computer, so you can give me technicle stuff to try.
