How you download java if its not downloading when i click download on its website?

when i go on youtube is give me this message "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player." when i download it and gives me that warning under the adress bar i say ok to download it thenn gives me warning your installing java something i accept then iwait till the download bar comes it never shows up... can you help me why

well, windows comes with java, you probably just want to update it, if that is the case, go to control panel%26gt; double click on java%26gt; go to the update tab and select update now.
