I can't download files succesfully on internet, is it my computer the problem or the Windows operating system? I think there's something blocking my accessiblity to download such files in http://www.download.com/. There's no download window appeared even if I had clicked "download" several times. Can you please help me fix this problem?

If you have firewall, disable it first and then try to download.
Reply:try ctrl+left click
OR
right click -- save file as
Reply:You might be blocking pop-ups.
Click on Tools at the top of the page and highlight Pop-up blocker. See if this is it. Other wise disable Your firewall While you are downloading and when done...enable it again.
