Lime Wire Download!! Help?

I want to download the basic lime wire. I've tried downloading it and now it's says tht the insallation is corrupted. Please download and install LimeWire again. I tried downloading it several times but i doesn't work. I can't download the old nor the new one. I've been using it like for 3 to 4 years now but this is the first time tht this happens to me.

One of the problems with Limewire is if you try to download on top of already existing version, it won't let you do it.





You have to go into your control menu and delete the Limewire program completly (from the add/remove programs).





When your hard drive is wiped clean of these older Limewire versions, you can then download the newer version.





This happened to me a few times.
Reply:Try uninstalling the previous limewire you have and make sure all remnants of it is gone before installing.





Im not sure where youve gone to download it, but I usually go to download.com 's version. Try it there and see if it works.





But if your redownloading it, make sure youve uninstalled the previous version.
Reply:I'm using LimeWire too... just delete the previous installation and do it again? I hope that works lol.
