Download fast?

I use a dial up connection to connect to internet. Usually the speed shown by my computer is 45kbps but when I download something from internet the download window shows that the speed of downloading is 2kbps. What should I do to increase it.





when I download something I don't do anything else in the internet to effect its speed.
